The mudra will properly regulate the energy flow and material wellbeing. This doesn’t mean that money will start falling out of the sky immediately – it will improve your financial state by giving you money evenly, no more or less than you need.
How can you do the Mudra?
Put your hands in front of you with the palms up – unite them and put the small fingers together. Put the thumb, index finger and middle fingers on both hands together, then close your eyes, relax and breathe slow and deep.
Concentrate – think that the point between your eyebrows is accumulated energy and sail into the safety of this energy source. Perform the mudra 2-3 times a day for a couple of minutes at a time. Morning and evening work best. Give it a try if you struggling with your finances.
